Kümmerling Herbal Liqueur – 0.02 L

Herbal liqueur from Bodenheim on the Rhine, unchanged in recipe since 1963. The bottle holds 0.02 litres and was always meant that way: one measure, not a supply.

In the glass

Clearly bitter, with anise, liquorice root and an earthy root note. Drier than most German herbal liqueurs.

Serving

Ice-cold, straight from the bottle or in a shot glass. After a meal, not before.
