Your delivery starts here
1. Order received
Thank you very much for your order! We plan your delivery with a lead time of at least 48 hours.
2. Appointment confirmation
As soon as the delivery date is set, you will receive an email from us with the delivery date and the estimated time slot.
3. On delivery day
When the tour starts, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery live at any time.
4. Shortly before arrival
About 30 minutes before our driver arrives, you will receive another notification – either by call or by SMS.
5. Delivery
Our driver delivers your order reliably and takes the packaging back for environmentally friendly disposal.
Important – if you are not at home:
If you are not present at the scheduled delivery time and the goods cannot be left in a safe place after prior arrangement, we will inform you immediately and find an alternative solution together. Without prior notice, additional fees for a second delivery (failed delivery) may apply.
Delivery times and zones
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00.
Weekend deliveries are possible by arrangement.
Your shipping costs are shown again in the shopping cart and at checkout.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
