Rhenania Alt comes from one of Germany’s longest-established breweries, founded in 1838. The beer follows the top-fermented brewing tradition of the Rhine region: copper-brown, malt-accented and with a clean, moderate bitterness that keeps the finish dry without being sharp. Alcohol content is approximately 4.5–5.0% vol.

Taste Profile

Pronounced malt base with notes of light caramel and a subtle roasted undertone typical of Altbier. Hop bitterness is present but restrained, balancing the malt sweetness rather than dominating it. The finish is clean and dry.

Serving Suggestions

Store upright in a cool, dark place between 4 °C and 12 °C. Once tapped, consume within 5–7 days for best quality. Do not freeze.
