Martini Extra Dry – 1 L

Dry vermouth from Turin on a white wine base. Unlike the Rosso it carries almost no sugar, and more alpine botanicals instead — wormwood, orris and citrus peel set the character.

In the glass

Dry and bracing, with herbs, lemon and a clean wormwood bitterness. Very short finish.

Serving

The Dry Martini: six parts gin to one part vermouth, stirred. Refrigerate once opened — as a wine it spoils faster than spirits.
