Larios Gin Classic – 0.7 l and 1 l

Gin from Málaga, distilled there since 1863. Alongside juniper the recipe leans on Mediterranean botanicals, above all citrus peel and orange blossom — Spanish in character rather than English London Dry.

Juniper stays in the background, with orange blossom and lemon ahead of it. Light and floral, with a short, clean finish.

Serving

Gin and tonic with orange zest instead of lime — it brings the citrus of the gin further forward.
