Jägermeister Herbal Liqueur – 0.02 l, 0.7 l and 1 l

56 herbs, roots, blossoms and fruits are macerated and then rested for a year in oak casks. The Wolfenbüttel recipe has been unchanged since 1934 and remains secret.

In the glass

Anise, citrus peel and liquorice, with a herbal bitterness underneath. Ice-cold, the sweetness recedes and the bitter notes step forward.

Serving

At minus 18 degrees, straight from the freezer. Warmer, it turns heavy quickly. The minis are the most practical format for parties.
