Hendrick’s Gin – 0.7 L

Gin from the Girvan distillery in Scotland, made in two different stills whose spirits are then married. Cucumber and Bulgarian rose go in afterwards — which is why both stay so clearly recognisable.

In the glass

Juniper and citrus at the core, with cucumber freshness and a floral rose note above them. Soft finish, little burn.

Serving

Gin and tonic with a slice of cucumber instead of lemon — the distillery’s own recommendation, and it genuinely works better.
