Bombay Gin – 5 expressions, 0.7 l and 1 l

London Dry Gin in five expressions. The method is what sets it apart: the botanicals sit in perforated baskets through which the alcohol vapour passes — they are never steeped. That makes the gin lighter and more floral than classically macerated gins.

In the glass

Juniper restrained, with coriander, citrus peel and — depending on the expression — berries or lemon ahead of it. Clear and dry.

Serving

Gin and tonic with lemon or grapefruit. The milder expressions take a flavoured tonic; the dry ones do not.
