DYC Whisky 8 Years – 0.7 L

Whisky from Segovia, distilled there since 1959 — the distillery was the first of its kind in Spain. The eight-year-old matures in oak casks and is a blend of malt and grain whisky.

In the glass

Malt and vanilla, with a light honey note and a touch of citrus. Smooth, with no smoke.

Serving

Neat over ice, or as the base of a highball with soda — the usual way to drink it in Spain.
