Cinzano Vermouth – 1 L

Vermouth from Turin, where the Cinzano family has been making herbal wines since 1757. White wine forms the base, joined by wormwood and a spice blend that has never been published.

In the glass

Caramel and vanilla to begin with, then the characteristic bitterness of wormwood and gentian. Sweet, but with a counterweight.

Serving

The Negroni in equal parts with gin and Campari. On its own over ice with orange zest as an aperitif.
