Baileys Original Irish Cream – 0.7 L

Irish whiskey and fresh Irish dairy cream, launched in 1974 as the very first cream liqueur. The emulsion of cream and alcohol holds without preservatives — that was the genuinely new part at the time.

In the glass

Cream and cocoa first, with the whiskey and a note of vanilla behind them. Thick without being cloying, and warm on the finish.

Serving

Well chilled, neat or over ice. A measure in espresso replaces both milk and sugar. Once opened, keep cool and finish within six months.
