Absolut Vodka – 0.7 l and 1 l

Vodka from Åhus in southern Sweden, distilled from winter wheat grown in the region. The continuous distillation method was introduced there in 1879 and has been used unchanged since. No added sugar.

In the glass

Clean and grainy, with a light sweetness from the wheat and a touch of nuttiness. Short, tidy finish.

Serving

Ice-cold and neat, or as a neutral base in cocktails where other ingredients should lead — Moscow Mule, Bloody Mary.
