Delivery days & costs in the north
- Delivery day: Wednesday – plus by arrangement, depending on order volume
- Delivery window: between 10:00 and 17:00
- Lead time: please allow 48 hours – the requested date at checkout is non-binding; if there is room on the route we can often deliver sooner, otherwise you can request a special delivery (surcharge applies)
- Delivery cost: €12.50 delivery & handling flat rate, incl. IVA
- Live tracking: SMS link on delivery day
- Payment: card, prepayment, or cash on delivery
Frequently asked questions about delivery in the north
Water crates up to the third floor? Yes – our driver brings your order right to your apartment door.
We only arrive on Thursday – can we still get a delivery? By arrangement there is almost always a solution, e.g. leaving the order in a safe place or a special delivery (surcharge applies).
Do you take back empties? Yes, with every delivery – the deposit is credited.
