Monkey 47 Gin – 0.7 L

Dry gin from the Black Forest with 47 botanicals — a third of them from the region, including lingonberries, which give the gin its fruity depth. After distillation it rests for three months in earthenware jars.

In the glass

Dense and layered: juniper, citrus peel, pepper, and the tart berry note behind them. At 47% ABV, with noticeable warmth.

Serving

Pour sparingly and pick a neutral tonic — with 47 botanicals there is no need for further flavour in the glass.
