Martini Rosato – 1 L

Aromatised wine from Turin, based on rosé and white wine. Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg come through more clearly than in the Rosso or Bianco — Rosato sits between the two in taste.

In the glass

Red berries and citrus peel, with the spice note and a restrained wormwood bitterness underneath. Off-dry.

Serving

Over ice with tonic and a slice of orange. As an aperitif before a meal, well chilled at 6–8 °C.
