Martini Fiero – 0.75 L

Vermouth from Turin with Sicilian bitter orange added. Unlike the Rosso or Bianco, the Fiero was designed explicitly as the base of a long drink rather than as an aperitif in its own right.

In the glass

Bitter orange clearly to the fore, with wormwood and a mild sweetness behind it. Less bitter than an Aperol.

Serving

Fiero Tonic: one part Fiero, two parts tonic, plenty of ice, a slice of orange. Refrigerate once opened.
