Juvé Masana produces all five Cavas in this set within the protected designation of origin Comtats de Barcelona, using traditional bottle fermentation (méthode traditionnelle). Each wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by ageing on the lees before disgorgement. The set covers the full spectrum from zero-dosage Brut Nature to the lightly sweet Semiseco, with a rosé rounding out the selection.

Taste Profile

The five variants differ primarily in residual sugar and character:

• Brut Nature Guarda – no added dosage, dry and linear, with fine persistent bubbles.
• Brut Guarda – classic brut style, balanced dryness with light fruit notes.
• Brut Reserva Guarda Superior 2022 – extended lees ageing gives added depth and a rounder texture.
• Semiseco Guarda – off-dry, noticeably sweeter, fruit-forward.
• Brut Rosado Guarda – salmon-pink colour, fruity aromas, brut dosage.

All Juvé Masana Cavas in this set carry the Guarda or Guarda Superior designation, indicating minimum lees-ageing requirements that exceed the standard Cava minimum. The Brut Reserva 2022 is a vintage Cava.
