Blended Scotch drawn from exceptionally rare casks: by the house’s own account only about one matured cask in ten thousand meets the flavour profile they are looking for. No age statement, because the selection decides the age rather than the other way round.

In the glass

Honey, hazelnut and dried fruit, with a fine trace of smoke and a hint of sea salt behind them. Very long finish.

Serving

Neat at room temperature, at most a drop of water. Ice and mixers would be wasted here.
