Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon – 0.7 l and 1 l

Kentucky Straight Bourbon, distilled by the same family since 1795. The mash bill is mostly corn and maturation runs at least four years in freshly charred white oak — both required by the bourbon definition, and the family has kept to the four years for generations.

In the glass

Vanilla and caramel from the barrel, with corn sweetness and an oak spice. Medium-bodied, with a warm finish.

Serving

Over ice, or as the base for a Whiskey Sour or Old Fashioned. With cola, the Spanish standard.
