J&B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky – 0.7 l and 1 l

A blend of around 42 whiskies with a clear Speyside emphasis. The light, barely smoky style was a deliberate choice: J&B was built for the post-war American market, where whisky was drunk mixed above all.

In the glass

Light and floral, with honey, apple and a fine grain note. Hardly any smoke, short finish.

Serving

With soda, ginger ale or green tea — the usual pairing in Spain. Over plenty of ice.
