Eristoff Pink Vodka – 0.7 L

Vodka with an infusion of red wild berries. The brand traces back to a Georgian noble family; production today is in Europe. The berry infusion is added to the finished vodka rather than distilled with it.

In the glass

Raspberry and redcurrant, tart rather than syrupy. The vodka base stays present and the finish is dry.

Serving

With tonic or ginger ale over plenty of ice, plus fresh berries. Better as a long drink than neat.
