Cachaça, white – 1 L

Unaged cachaça from Brazil — it goes into the bottle without cask time and therefore stays clear. Cane juice is the base rather than molasses, which is what separates it from rum.

In the glass

Clear and direct, with a pronounced cane note and a light bite. No wood, no sweetness.

Serving

The right choice for caipirinha and batida. The litre bottle makes clear it is meant for mixing.
