Belvedere Vodka – 0.7 L

Vodka made from Polish Dankowskie rye, distilled four times. No added sugar or flavouring — what stays in the glass comes from the grain and the spring water.

In the glass

Soft and lightly creamy, with a vanilla note from the rye and a touch of white pepper on the finish. No burn.

Serving

Ice-cold and neat, to taste the grain. In cocktails it holds up in a Martini, where fewer ingredients forgive less.
