What Can Klausi Do for You?

Klausi is more than just a simple FAQ bot. He can really do a lot – here’s an overview:

Order Directly – No Detours

The special thing about Klausi: You can place your entire order directly in the chat – no shopping cart, no clicking through the shop. Just tell him what you need, and Klausi takes care of the rest. He finds the products, shows you prices, asks for your preferred delivery date, and creates the order. You’ll then receive an email with a confirmation link – only after clicking it will the order be officially submitted to our team. This way, you always stay in full control.

Find Products & Get Advice

• Product search: With over 1,000 products, it’s easy to lose track. Just tell Klausi what you’re looking for – “Spanish beer,” “still water,” or “red wine under 10 euros” – and he’ll find the right products.
• Product details: Klausi can show you descriptions, prices, variants, stock availability, and categories for each product.
• Recommendations: Klausi suggests products that match your selection – perfect if you’re looking for inspiration.

Manage Orders

• Check order status: Simply enter your order number and Klausi will show you the current status, delivery date, and – if the driver is on the way – a live tracking link.
• Cancel order: Not yet shipped? You can cancel your order directly via Klausi – quick and easy.
• Reorder: Returning customers can retrieve their last order and place it again with just a few words.

Service & Information

• Check delivery costs: Enter your postal code and Klausi will instantly tell you the delivery fee for your area.
• Request invoice: Need the invoice for a completed order? Klausi sends you the PDF link directly in the chat.
• Request deposit pickup: Empty returnable bottles piling up? Klausi takes your pickup request and forwards it to our team.
• Delivery areas and times: Klausi knows whether we deliver to your area and on which days your postal code is usually scheduled.
• Payment methods, deposits, minimum order value and other frequently asked questions are also answered instantly.

Multilingual – Just Like Mallorca

Whether German, Spanish, or English – Klausi automatically replies in your language. Just start typing.

How Does Ordering via Klausi Work?

It’s that simple:

1. Click the chat icon at the bottom right (or in the mobile toolbar).
2. Tell Klausi what you’d like to order – e.g., “I’d like 2 crates of San Miguel and one crate of water.”
3. Klausi finds the products and shows you an overview with prices.
4. Enter your customer number (returning customers) or your contact details (new customers).
5. Select your preferred delivery date.
6. Confirm the order – done! You’ll receive an email with a confirmation link.
7. Important: Click the confirmation link in the email to finalize your order. Only then will it be forwarded to our team.

Our team will then confirm the final delivery date by email. Once the driver sets off, you’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link.

Why a Chatbot?

We’re a small, dedicated team and aren’t always immediately reachable by phone or email. Especially during high season, when all of Mallorca is celebrating and orders are pouring in, it may take a little longer. This is exactly where Klausi steps in: always available, responding instantly, and able to handle the most common requests in no time – not just answering them, but actually executing them.

Of course, Klausi doesn’t replace personal contact. For special requests, large event orders, or if you simply prefer speaking to a real person, we’re still available via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Klausi will also refer you to our team if he reaches his limits.
