FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DISPOSABLE AND REUSABLE PACKAGING
I see products with “Disposable” and others with “Reusable” in your shop. What do these terms mean?
These are designations for the type of packaging of our beverages.
- Disposable means that the bottle or can is recycled after use, but not refilled. You usually don’t pay a deposit for it.
- Reusable means that the bottle is cleaned after use and refilled with beverages. A deposit is charged on this packaging, which you get back when you return the empty bottles.
Why are there both disposable and reusable packaging options?
We offer both options to meet the different needs of our customers. Reusable packaging is often more advantageous from an ecological perspective, as it conserves resources through reuse. Disposable packaging can be more practical in certain situations.
What does the “deposit” shown for reusable products mean?
The deposit is a sum of money that you pay in addition to the price of the beverage. You get this amount back when you return the empty reusable bottles or crates to us. Please note that reusable bottles from our range are generally not accepted by other retailers or collection points.
How can I tell if it’s disposable or reusable packaging?
The type of packaging is clearly indicated in the product description (either “Disposable” or “Reusable”). Furthermore, our reusable products are marked with a special label for better identification. Look for this label to clearly identify reusable packaging.
Do I have to return reusable bottles to you to receive the deposit?
Yes, to get the deposit back for reusable bottles from our range, it is necessary to return them to us. Please bring the empty bottles with your next order or stop by our store after arrangement.
Are reusable products more expensive than disposable products?
The pure price of the beverage can vary. However, reusable products include the deposit, which you get refunded when you return the packaging. Over the entire usage period, reusable packaging can often be a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly option through reuse, especially when return to us is easily possible.

How can I return my empty bottles?
You can either give your reusable empties to our driver with your next delivery or return them to us during a possible pickup.
What if I don’t place a new order? Can I still return my empties?

Do you deliver all over Mallorca?
Absolutely! We bring your beverages everywhere on Mallorca – whether city or countryside. Only in very remote areas, delivery might take a bit longer.

Delivery when absent
With advance payment, we can leave the goods at an agreed location! Please note the ordering times so we can plan in time and deliver the goods as desired.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please first check your spam or junk folder. It can happen that our emails end up there. If you don’t find the confirmation there either, please contact our customer service team at +34 634 310 108 or through our contact form. We will help you immediately!
How can I place an order and which products are available?
To place an order, please visit exclusively our online shop. There you will find our complete and current range of beverages that we offer you on Mallorca.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept orders through our website. This ensures smooth and efficient processing of your order as well as accurate and fast delivery.
Currently we unfortunately cannot offer or process any items that are not listed in our online shop. However, we are always striving to expand our range and add new products. So please check back regularly!

What is the wishlist?
The wishlist is a feature that allows you to save products you’re interested in without having to buy them immediately. You can easily find these products later and put them in your shopping cart.

With the wishlist you can “park” interesting products that you want to keep an eye on. This is practical when you can’t decide yet, want to compare prices, or want to save items for a later purchase.
