At We Deliver Drinks, we value honest and transparent customer feedback. All reviews on our website come from verified customers who have actually purchased and received products from us.

How we ensure authenticity

Only customers who have placed an order can leave a review
Reviews are linked to verified purchases in our system
We do not edit or selectively delete reviews
Both positive and negative reviews are published

Review collection

After delivery, customers may be invited to share their experience. Participation is voluntary. We use the built-in WooCommerce review system, which requires a verified purchase before a review can be submitted.

Handling of reviews

We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal data of third parties, or content unrelated to the product or service. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative.
